Robotic X-Ray Equipment Transport, Installation and Operational Start-Up

Designing and implementing a solution for the movement, installation and start-up of sophisticated medical diagnostic equipment revealed Nadiscorp's core strengths.

Large and delicate are often common characteristics in the realm of high value products. This was certainly the case when a global leader in medical equipment required a partner with the expertise to transport, place and install a large and very sensitive robotic X-ray unit at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario in Ottawa.

Nadiscorp was engaged as the Project Manager with responsibility for providing and directing a team of logistics experts. Over a period of weeks we implemented and completed a successful and completely coordinated installation process with minimal disruption to the hospital's patients, staff or daily operations.

Our work included a comprehensive site survey, the delivery, uncrating and assembly of various components, installation and operational testing - all without any damage. We also worked closely with technicians on user training for hospital staff.
