Reengineering Xerox Canada's logistics system to meet compliance needs was easy thanks to Nadiscorp's flexible IT toolboxes.

Faced with radical changes in its compliance environment, Xerox Canada had to transform its equipment leasing logistics program, and it had to do it quickly.

As the company's logistics partner, Nadiscorp was forced to rethink our service model and create a radically new process to handle the tens of thousands of leased Xerox document processing systems installed at customer sites across Canada. Working in close collaboration with the client and using our flexible IT building blocks, Nadiscorp designed and implemented a system that included new automated tools to integrate order routing and transfers, process inquiries and provide system-driven service reporting. We put new hand-held data collection tools into the field to provide Xerox with nearly instant information about installations, repairs, removals and replacements. Every process was tightened up and the chances of error virtually eliminated. In just nine months from start to finish, Nadiscorp helped Xerox radically transform its logistics program with an efficient and airtight solution that easily handles the complexities of the company's new operating requirements.
