Nadiscorp Logistics Group's fuel surcharges effective
December 29, 2008 to January 4, 2009 are: LTL 8.4% and TL 19.9%.

Nadiscorp's fuel surcharges for freight services are set on a weekly basis to ensure that current market costs for fuel are accurately reflected. Every Friday, Nadiscorp posts on its website the fuel surcharges to be implemented the following Monday. The fuel surcharges are based on the price of diesel fuel (without GST) reported the previous Thursday by the Freight Carriers Association of Canada. The actual fuel surcharge to be applied to a particular shipment depends on whether the shipment is an LTL shipment (shipments with billed weight up to 9,999 lbs) or a TL shipment (shipments with billed weight of 10,000 lbs and over).

The fuel surcharge applies to all shipments and will be applied to all base freight charges plus all fuel consuming accessorials including without limitation: power tailgate; re-delivery; climate control; stop-off; trailer spotting; and attempted pick-up or delivery (vehicle furnished but not used).

About Nadiscorp Logistics Group's Fuel Surcharge

Fuel represents a significant variable cost in the provision of transportation services. Employing a variable fuel surcharge allows Nadiscorp to avoid frequent changes in its base shipping rates and allows the overall cost of shipping to vary (both up and down) with the market price of fuel.
