Business Optimizations in Finance
As you are all aware, Nadiscorp over the past several weeks has been embarked on Transforming the way we do business. In keeping with this optimization, the Finance team has also changed in several ways.
I am pleased to announce a number of changes effective Monday October 20, 2008:
Kim Day who started with Nadiscorp over 11 years ago has been promoted into the role of Revenue Analyst. Kim will now be working closely with myself and others in Operations to ensure that all customer invoices being generated are in accordance to their contracts and there is no revenue loss. As well, Kim will be involved in special projects.
Tina Anstey who started with Nadiscorp over 5 years ago has been promoted into the role of Revenue Coordinator. Tina will be responsible for the day-to-day billing functions and problem resolutions. In addition, Tina will assist with special projects, when needed.

Nadiscorp Welcomes Andrea Barlas-Milloy to Senior Position in Finance
I would like to welcome Andrea Barlas-Milloy to the Nadiscorp Finance Team.
Andrea will join us on September 2nd in the role of Senior Financial Analyst - Transportation, with primary
responsibility for bringing additional depth to our Transportation reporting and analysis. She will also have
overall responsibility for our Billing and Rating activities. Andrea brings a wealth of experience from the courier
industry and has a very strong systems background which includes a Certified Business Analyst designation. Tracey Cowan,

Errol Windith Takes Larger Role Ensuring Rendition of Client KPI's
It gives me great pleasure to announce the promotion of Errol Windith to the position of Fulfillment Supervisor - PM.
Over the past few months, Errol has demonstrated the ability and personal dedication to succeed at a supervisory level
while he was working as Lead Hand – PM at 1327 Clark Ave. Errol joined Nadiscorp in May 2002 in the role of Warehouseman.
As Supervisor, Errol will continue to be responsible for the team in the afternoon and will maintain similar duties but
as Supervisor he will now work closely with myself to ensure that operations activities, and achievement of Nadiscorp and
Client KPI’s are met.

Senen Fernandes Brings Specialized Experience to EDI Analysis
I am pleased to announce the appointment of Senen Fernandes to the position of EDI Analyst.
Senen has a strong background in implementing and supporting various EDI transaction sets including 810, 820, 824, 830, 850, 855, 856, 865 in ANSI X12. He offers expertise in creating and maintaining new maps for multiple trading partners, monitoring inbound flow messages and attend translator exceptions.
In his new role, Senen will assume the responsibility for the day-to-day support and streamlining of our existing EDI environment.

Donna Salmon Given Leadership Role as Director, Eastern Region

John Vasiliou Takes Over as Market Sector Director, Office Equipment Products
Bob Somerville, Market Sector Director, Office Equipment Products has left NLG to pursue other business opportunities. We wish him every success with his new endeavors.
I am pleased to announce the appointment of John Vasiliou to the position of Market Sector Director, Office Equipment Products. John will join Daryl Clancy, Market Sector Director, Computer & Peripheral Products and Jerome Beddoe, Market Sector Manager, CPG Products to lead the senior client relationship management and business development activities in our top 3 strategic industry verticals. John was previously the Director of our HVS business unit prior to the reorganization last summer, subsequently the Director, Transportation Services and more recently Director, Business Process Re-engineering. He has made very valuable contributions to the business in each of these roles. This background, combined with the leadership role he has played in the successful implementation of the service solution for Metro/Canon, position him ideally to lead the continued growth in the strategically important Office Equipment Products sector. David Dryden Brings Yet Higher Standard to Fulfillment at Nadiscorp
I am pleased to announce that David Dryden has joined Nadiscorp as Fulfillment Supervisor at the 1615 Clark location, reporting to myself.
David most recently worked as Service Centre Supervisor at CHEP Canada and prior to that had a progressive history of eight years spent with Sobey's. Over the past week David has been familiarizing himself with our business and his team. David's immediate objectives will be to implement performance measures for the fulfillment operations while surpassing our service targets. Next on David's radar is updating our process documentation.

Lee Wong Comes to IT Management Position With Pedigree, Experience
I am pleased to announce the appointment of Lee Wong to the position of Information Technology Manager.
Lee has a strong background in solutions implementation for high volume distribution centers. In his previous role at Harmony Logistics, Lee managed the implementation of Harmony's Warehouse Management System integrated with conveyor management, RSC/PLC Sortation and voice picking systems.
In his new role, Lee will assume the responsibility for the day-to-day management of our Information Technology solutions.
Lee has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. He was also the first candidate from Exel's Canadian business unit to be nominated for Exel's global "Young Leadership Program" for high performing individuals.

Boyd Lessey Adds Energy to 14th Ave. IBM Client Facility
I am pleased to announce that Boyd Lessey has joined the MOBIUS team as a Fulfillment Supervisor for Nadiscorp at the Global Logistics Facility in Markham.
Boyd's responsiblies will include the streamlining of fulfillment processes and the reorganization of staffing, with the goal of obtaining an optimal balance of labour, throughput, and customer service. He will be raising the bar on performance expectations.
Boyd has a strong background in high volume distribution centers as well as shipping and order verification technologies. Most recently he was at Somerset Entertainment where he helped optimize a fulfillment operation with a throughput of over 1000 orders a day, and at Pet Valu Canada where he coordinated the activities of their primary cross dock. This experience, balanced with strong team building skills, will ensure our client's expectations are met.
In addition, Boyd's export clearance experience will ensure global shipments under his care remain compliant.
I am pleased to have Boyd on the team, and I am excited about the impact he will bring the organization.

Initiative Takes Zanah Boxill Into Senior Position
I am pleased to announce that Zanah Boxill, who started with Nadiscorp over 2 years ago, has been promoted into the role of Senior Order Manager. As a result of organizational changes late last year Zanah took it upon herself to assist with more senior accountabilities than Order Manager, IBM. Zanah will now be accountable for Maddocks system and SOP training , incident reporting activities and day to day management of Order Management issues for IBM. Zanah will continue to report directly into myself.

Order Management Team Sees Reshuffling, Optimization
I am pleased to announce to you today some staff changes within the Order Management team.
Francisco Juarez has been promoted to Order Manager and JD Edwards Trainer. Francisco joined us 2 years ago from Humber College's post graduate Supply Chain Logistics program and was the Senior Order Manager for Select Brands. He will now be located at 14th Ave, IBM and will be in charge of all training for JD Edwards and will oversee the Order management accountabilities for Mobius Heavy, reporting directly into Terry Fisch.
Wena Jackson has been promoted to Senior Order Manager for Select Brands. Wena joined us in January, 2007 as Logistics Coordinator and has been the supporting Order Manager for Select Brands for over 1 year now. Wena and Francisco have completed the training/hand-over process and Wena is well underway in her new role. In addition to daily order management, Wena's new accountabilities will include system and SOP training of other Order Managers within Select and other CPG clients' that she has knowledge of.
As a result of the above promotions, there has been a new addition to the Order Manager team. Please join me in welcoming Jin Jin, Order Manager. Jin is a recent graduate of Humber College's post graduate Supply Chain and Logistics program. Jin joined us a few weeks ago to train and backfill Wena's role. Jin and Wena have also completed the training/hand-over process and Jin has fully commenced as Order Manager, Select Brands. Both Jin and Wena will continue to work at the 1327 Clark location and will report directly into myself.

Anne-Laure Barbier Joins Nadiscorp As New Jr. Transportation Manager, Montreal
Please join me in welcoming Anne-Laure Barbier to Nadiscorp as the new jr. transportation manager in Montreal. Anne-Laure has many years experience in dispatch, customer service and the transportation industry in France and has just recently moved to Montreal.
Anne-Laure's main areas of responsibility will be to ensure all orders get dispatched and updated in a timely manner, replying to order status inquiries, follow-up with riggers and partners in the Quebec City region as well northern Quebec in order to ensure customer SLA's are respected in those areas.
Anne-Laure is currently in training in the dispatch dept. and should be ready to assume full duties as of Monday May 26th.

Optimizations to Brampton Operations Team
I am pleased to announce a number of changes to the Brampton Operations Team effective Tuesday May 20, 2008.
Glenn Morton has accepted the position of Warehouse Operations Manager for 1327 Clark Blvd. He will be accountable for all operations in both the 1327 Clark and 420 Deerhurst locations. Ebaita Okunbo, Keith Warrican and Gilbert Caballero will report directly to Glenn.
Peter Deluca has been promoted into the position of Crossdock Supervisor. Peter is accountable for the operation of the IBM/Lenovo Crossdock here at 1615 Clark Blvd. Morgan Mohamed and Nicholas Lutchmansingh will report directly into Peter.
